The Premium Package: One Year of Expert, Personalized Infant Feeding Support
In the United States, 83.2% of infants start out receiving some breast milk, but by 1 year, only 35.9% are still consuming any breast milk. I provide comprehensive lactation support to help parents meet their infant feeding goals and navigate their infant’s changing needs and behaviors over the first year of life.

Recommended schedule (can be adapted based on your specific needs):
Prenatal session (telehealth, in home, or office): A thorough review of medical history for you and your baby and how it may impact lactation, breastfeeding education tailored to your needs, overview of breastfeeding technology and flange fitting
1-2 weeks postpartum (home visit): Debrief of labor/delivery, feeding assessment using an infant scale (accurate to 2g) to determine milk intake, breastfeeding education tailored to your needs, examination of breast anatomy and infant oral anatomy/function
2-4 weeks postpartum (home visit): Follow-up from initial postpartum visit
Return to work (telehealth or office): Tailored education on feeding your infant while back at work
Starting solids (telehealth or office): Tailored education on integrating solid foods
Weaning (telehealth or office): Tailored education on ending your breastfeeding journey

$1495* for one year of 24/7, comprehensive, expert lactation support from an IBCLC.
While I am in network with many insurance providers for 100% covered lactation care, this package is only available as a flat fee (payment plans available). Upon request, I am happy to provide a superbill to be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
*If client is >10 mile radius of 20879 zip code, an additional travel fee of $50-75 will apply for each home visit. I do not travel farther than 20 miles of zip code 20879.

The Pumping Package: Expert, Personalized Support for Exclusive Pumpers
If you are exclusively pumping, whether by choice or necessity, breastfeeding support will look a little different. This package is meant for exclusive pumpers who are looking for expert, tailored support to maximize supply and comfort while managing the logistical aspect of pumping and bottle feeding.
